This website is owned and operated by Everlast Tours & Safaris Ltd., a company incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania and Washington State in the United States of America. When you access, browse, or use this website, you accept the terms and conditions set forth below without limitation or qualification. When you use any current or future www.everlasttours.com service or purchase from any business affiliated with www.everlasttours.com, whether or not included on this website, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. These Terms and Conditions as well as any additional terms posted on this website, constitute the entire agreement between www.everlasttours.com and you, with respect to your use of this website.
Inquires and Reservations: All inquires and reservations should be made to our offices in Zanzibar, Tanzania and Washington State in the United States of America.
Payments: A deposit of 35% is required at the time of booking and the total balance due at least 30 days before the tour begins. The deposit may be forfeited in case of cancellations and amendments. Payment can be completed using PayPal, Money Transfers, money order, or cashier's check. All payments should be made payable to: Everlast Tours & Safaris Limited.
Confirmations: All booking with allotments are automatically confirmed. For other bookings without allotments, Everlast Tours will give confirmation to you in writing by email or fax.
Cancellations: It is our policy to levy cancellation charges. It should be noted that Everlast Tours, where possible, will assist you to negotiate with suppliers concerning the omission and/or reduction of such charges. However, should the application of such charges be inevitable, your account will be debited accordingly.
Rates: Rates include all expenses in respect to accommodation, transportation, and tours with regard to the chosen itinerary, and all meals where applicable. Other expenses of a personal nature such as airport tax, visa charges, tips, beverages, laundry etc. are not included. All rates are based on tariffs and prevailing exchange rate at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
Accommodation: This is based on two people sharing a twin room, lodge, or camp. Where possible, rooms with private a bathroom are provided. Single rooms are available at an additional cost but cannot be guaranteed. The hotel, lodge, or camp is an indication of the kind of accommodation to be expected; however, rooms may be reserved in similar hotels, lodges or camps in the event of any unforeseen changes.
Alteration to tours: The Company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should circumstance demand it. Everlast Tours & Safaris Ltd. also reserves the right to decline or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case a refund will made accordingly.
Liability: The Company and its agents act only as agents of the customer in all matters relating to accommodation, tours, transport etc., and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage whatsoever. The laws of the country in which the tour takes place govern the company's liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which any action arises.
All expeditions involve an element of risk and members of any expedition must accept this risk as the company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to baggage, personal effects, valuables, or money. It is therefore advisable to take an insurance cover for personal effects, accidents and/or medical expenses. We will be happy to arrange one for you upon request.
